Past Member Spencer Ballenger Passed Away

We received notice previous long-time Active member Spencer Ballenger passed away. Spencer joined the Club in 1974; Spencer moved to Petersburg to be close to family and sold his membership in 2021 and has many friends and aquaintances through his years with FR&GC . No other information is available at this time, condolences to family and friends.
