Shotgun Match Request Form

Please use this form to request all shotgun matches, leagues, & events, at least 60 days prior to the requested event date. Please make sure to fill out all information requested. Once finished, just click on the ‘submit’ button, and the form will be automatically emailed to the Shotgun Chairman. Once the Shotgun Chairman has approved the event, it will then be forwarded to the Master Schedule Coordinator, and placed on the website calendar and Master Club Schedule, for publication in the monthly club bulletin. If a special use permit is needed, they may be obtained and returned to the Safety Chairman pending Board of Directors approval.
