Request Special Use Permit for Troop 1131, Burke, VA Rifle Shooting Merit Badge range qualification event. This event will be led by Mark Mazzocco, FFX R&G member and NRA certified rifle instructor. FFX R&G member Walter Rhinehart will assist. Request 6 rimfire benches on Mann range from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Maximum of 12 Scouts and approximately 6-8 adults/parents. Lunch to follow in clubhouse meeting room in cooperation with Van. All current range rules will apply to this event.
